Sunroof Glass Panel Spring Removal

NOTE: The numbered call-outs in the following service procedure refer the numbered parts found in the exploded view diagram.

REMOVAL
1. Open sunroof to the vent position.
2. Remove bolt (26) and nut (55) holding trough guide link (2) to rear trough.
3. Lift the front end of the glass panel spring off the guide bracket (19).
4. Rotate the front end of the glass panel spring rearward to disengage it from the trough guide link (2), and disengage hook end.
5. Separate glass panel spring from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Engage hook end of glass panel spring into trough guide link (2).
2. Rotate glass panel spring in trough guide link to align it to trough guide link.
3. Lift the front end of the glass panel spring onto the guide bracket (19).
4. Install bolt (26) through glass panel spring (57) to hold trough guide link (2) to rear trough, and install nut (55).
