Circuit Operation

Illumination of the Airbag warning lamp is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM) and the CCD Bus. When the Airbag Control Module (ACM) detects a problem in the system it sends a signal on the CCD Bus to the BCM. The module process the signal and illuminates the AIRBAG lamp in the instrument cluster.
