Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
Remove crankshaft vibration damper bolt. Remove damper by using Special Tool 1026 and Insert 6827-A.





INSTALLATION
Install crankshaft vibration damper using M12 1.75 x 150 mm bolt, washer, thrust bearing and nut from Special Tool 6792. Install crankshaft vibration damper bolt and tighten to 142 Nm (105 ft. lbs.).
