Glass Panel Alignment
The sunroof glass panel should be aligned parallel to all sides of the roof opening with a slight and consistent
weatherstrip compression. A 0.13 mm (0.003 in.) thick paper card can be used as a gauge to measure the fit around the roof opening to the glass panel. The front corners of the glass should be 1 mm (0.040 in.) lower than the forward portion of the roof panel. The rear corners of the glass panel should be 1 mm (0.040 in.) higher than the rearward portion of the roof panel.
