Front of Glass Panel Height Adjustment

NOTE: The numbered call-outs in the following service procedure refer the numbered parts found in the exploded view diagram.

NOTE: The front corners of the sunroof glass panel (1) should be flush to 1 mm (0.04 in.) below the edge of roof panel.

CAUTION: Do not use more than a maximum of 4 mm (0.16 in.) group of shims in any one location.

1. Operate sunroof to closed position.
2. Remove both mechanism reveal covers (26).
3. Loosen nut (2) on front side to be adjusted.
4. Install or remove shims as necessary to attain proper height.
5. Tighten nuts (2).
6. Check glass panel height. Re-adjust as necessary.
7. Verify glass panel fit and operation.
8. Install mechanism reveal covers.
