Regulator Replacement

Door Glass Stabilizers And Guide Hook:

DOOR GLASS REGULATOR
1. Remove door trim panel and water shield.
2. Position door glass half way down into door.
3. Disconnect battery negative cable, if equipped with power windows.
4. Disengage wire connector from power window motor, if equipped.
5. Remove bolts holding bottom of window regulator to inner door panel.
6. Remove bolts holding top of window regulator to inner door panel.
7. Slide regulator forward to disengage roller from lift plate channel.
8. Remove window regulator through access hole in inner door panel.
9. Reverse the preceding operation for installation.

DOOR GLASS STABILIZERS AND GUIDE HOOK REMOVAL
1. Remove door trim panel.
2. Remove bolts holding glass stabilizers to inner door panel.
3. Separate glass stabilizers from door.
4. Remove bolt holding guide hook to inner door panel.
5. Separate guide hook from door.
6. Reverse the preceding operation for installation. Refer to Window Glass/Adjustments for proper alignment.
