DR-9A Checking Oxygen Sensor Stays Below Center

This fault can be caussed by several things not related to the O2 sensor or O2 sensor circuits.

Perform TEST NF-1A (2) COMPLETE NO FAULT TEST.

Note: Perform all tests in sequence.
