Air Injection Hose/Tube: Service and Repair

Air Injection System:

Removal

1. Disconnect air hose from aspirator valve inlet.
2. Remove aspirator tube assembly from catalyst.

Installation

1. Install aspirator tube, and tighten nut to 40 lb-ft (54 Nm).
2. Install bracket screw and torque to 95 lb-in (11 Nm).
3. Connect air hose to valve inlet and air cleaner.
