Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.


Use the following labor operation number and time allowance:

Inspect front outboard seat/shoulder 23511182 0.2 Hour
belt buckle assembly and modify stiffener
strap or replace buckle assembly

Add the cost of a new belt buckle assembly (if used) plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.
