Fault Code 9

1. Disconnect the 21-way connector from the control module.
2. Check for continuity between terminal 19 and ground.
- If there is continuity, repair the wiring.
- If there is no continuity, go to step 3.
3. Remove pin #19 from the 21-way connector and reinstall the connector to the control module. Retest the system.
- If code 9 reappears, replace the control module.
- If code 9 does not reappear, replace the sun sensor.
