Fault Code 20

1. Remove the 21-way connector from the control module and the 5-way connectors from all three door actuators.
2. Check for continuity between terminal 4 of the 21-way connector and terminal 4 of each of the 5-way connectors.
- If continuity is not present in one or more of the circuits, repair the wires to the circuit(s).
- If continuity is present in all three circuits, go to step 3.
3. Reconnect the 5-way connectors.
4. Check for resistance between:
terminals 4 and 6 of the 21-way connector for the blend air actuator.
terminals 4 and 5 of the 21-way connector for the mode actuator.
terminals 4 and 15 of the 21-way connector for the fresh/Recirc actuator.
The resistance should be between 20 and 50 ohms each.
- If any of the actuators are out of the resistance range, replace that actuator and retest the system.
- If all of the actuators are within the resistance range, replace the control module.
