Test 5 - Hydraulic Assembly Wheel Valve Test

The Hydraulic Assembly Wheel Valve Test checks the performance of the build, hold and reduce functions of each of the four wheel valves.

Test Procedure:
1. Select wheel to be tested using Switch A on Test 5 panel.
2. Turn ignition ON.
3. Move Switch B to Pressure Hold.
4. Apply brake pedal and hold for remaining steps.
5. Check to confirm that selected wheel is free to rotate (brake pedal still applied).
6. Move Switch B to off.
7. Check to confirm that selected wheel is locked (brake pedal still applied).
8. Move Switch B to Pressure Reduce.
9. Check to confirm that selected wheel is free to rotate (brake pedal still applied).
10. Move Switch B to off.
11. Check to confirm that selected wheel is locked (brake pedal still applied).
12. Release brake pedal.
