Test 1 - Wiring Check

The wiring check is a continuity test of the basic vehicle wiring system. To perform the test, follow the instructions printed on the tester panel under Test 1. Normal operation is indicated by illumination of all panel Test 1 LED's. If any of the LED's fail to illuminate, proceed as follows:

Replenishing Valve LED Fault Code 11
Replenishing Valve Feedback LED... Fault Code 11 (see FAULT CODE CHARTS)
Pump Motor LED... Chart C (see DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM)
Ground 20 and/or 34 LED's... Chart G (see DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM)
Brake Warning Lamp LED... Perform VISUAL INSPECTION and FUNCTIONAL CHECK
Diode D2 LED... Perform VISUAL INSPECTION and FUNCTIONAL CHECK
Valve Relay LED... Fault Code 12 chart (see FAULT CODE CHARTS)
Diode D1 LED ... Perform VISUAL INSPECTION and FUNCTIONAL CHECK
Any Hydraulic Assembly Wheel Valve LED's... Fault Codes 1-4 Chart (see FAULT CODE CHARTS)
Any Wheel Sensor LED... Fault Codes 5-8 Chart (see FAULT CODE CHARTS)
