Fault Mode Change Lockout

During the Fault mode, whenever the selector switch input changes, the LED for that selector will not illuminate. The Norm LED will flash for approximately one minute, then go out. During the LED flashing, the VDCM attempts to drive any motor which is not in the Default position to the Default position. All changes are locked out during the fault mode until the next module Reset.
NOTE: Changes are not locked out while in the diagnostic mode.
