Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted by DIAL dealers on the DIAL System. Non DIAL dealers may submit WROS. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

Enter only one VIN per claim. When using a WRO, fill in the labor operation number anytime allowance and write on the WRO "Recall # 468 -- Instrument Panel Switch Pod." Do not enter other service claims on the same WRO.
