Convertible Top Hydraulic Cylinder: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery.
2. Remove cylinder mounting bracket and nut.
3. Disconnect cylinder eyelet attachment. Be careful not to lose the isolator washers.
4. Disconnect hydraulic lines from the cylinder.
5. Remove cylinder from vehicle.
6. Reverse the above procedure for installation and make sure that each hydraulic seal is in place when connecting the line to the cylinder. (If damaged, replace the seal.)
