Quarter Trim Panel

1. Fold down the 40-side seat back and pull out the 3 lower Christmas Tree fasteners which hold the seat back carpeting to the floor pan.
2. Fold back the seat back carpeting to reveal the outboard pivot bracket and remove the 2 screws.
3. Remove the seat back by pivoting the outboard edge forward.
4. To remove the 60-side seat back (requires the removal of 4 seat back carpet to floor pan Christmas Tree fasteners).
5. Remove the outboard pivot brackets (1 shoulder bolt each side).
6. Remove the seat cushion (2 screws) (fixed seat back).
7. Remove the seat back (2 screws) (fixed seat back.)
8. Remove the rear screw of the cowl and scuff plate trim panel.
9. Remove the quarter trim lower extension panel by removing 1 screw each side and then sliding the forward edge out from under the cowl and scuff plate trim.
10. Pull out the rear A-pillar trim fastening clips 2. from the roof rail.
11. Remove the front seat belt turning-loop and cover (1 shoulder bolt each side).
12. Remove the rear reading lamp by pulling it from the quarter trim panel, then disconnect the wiring.
13. Remove the quarter trim panel by removing 1 screw through the rear reading lamp opening, 1 screw at the upper B-pillar bracket, and then pulling out the 2 C-pillar clips.
14. Remove quarter trim panel.
15. To install, reverse the procedure.
