Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted by DIAL dealers on the DIAL System. Non DIAL dealers may submit WROs. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

Enter only one VIN per claim. When using a WRO, fill in the labor operation number and time allowance and write on the WRO "Recall # 467 -- Cylinder Head Cover Gasket." Do not enter other service claims on the same WRO.

Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances:

Replace cylinder head Cover and 09467182 0.7 Hour
gasket with head cover and RTV
sealant (all except Dakota truck).

Replace cylinder head cover and 09467183 0.6 Hour
gasket with new cover and RTV sealant
(Dakota truck only.

Add $1.25 plus the applicable dealer allowance to your claim for the RTV sealant (1/2 tube). Use "NPN" for the part number.
