Performing Correct Vehicle Height-to-Ground Measurements

Before correct vehicle to ground measurements are performed, insure the following:

A. The system must be at customer height. Use DRBII to make this determination.
B. A minimum of 20 seconds must have elapsed since the driver exited the vehicle (all doors and deck closed).
C. Always test vehicle heights at recommended tire pressure (cold).
D. Always test vehicle heights with a full or simulated full fuel tank (1 gallon = 6 pounds ballast).

Correct vehicle heights are as follows:

FRONT
26.4" +/- 0.4" Measured from the center of the front wheel lip molding to pavement.

REAR
26.1" +/- 0.4" Measured from the center of the rear wheel lip molding to pavement.

Maximum left side to right side of vehicle differential is not to exceed 0.5".
