System Status (Mode)

SHIPPING HEIGHT
When vehicles equipped with air suspension leave the assembly plant, the on-board electronics cause the system to be in the "shipping mode". While in this mode, the vehicle's Trim or target height is changed to facilitate shipping on the car haulers that Chrysler uses.

CUSTOMER HEIGHT
When the vehicle is unloaded at the selling dealer, the system's "trim" is changed to the "normal ride height. This mode is called "customer height".
