Models Less Airbag

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove horn pad assembly, then the steering wheel retaining nut.
3. Remove steering wheel using puller tool No. C-3428B or equivalent.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Position steering wheel master serration over missing tooth on steering shaft.
b. Torque steering wheel retaining nut to 45 lb-ft.
