Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Early Production

Hydraulic Assembly:

REMOVAL
1. Depressurize hydraulic accumulator as outlined under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES.
Warning: Failure to depressurize hydraulic accumulator, prior to performing this operation, may result in personal injury and/or damage to painted surfaces.
2. Remove electrical connector from hydraulic assembly.
3. Unscrew control pressure switch from hydraulic assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate O-ring with clean brake fluid.
2. Install O-ring inside metal spacer ring and install on control pressure switch.
3. Install control pressure switch to hydraulic assembly.
