Repair Procedure "AC", "AY", & "As" Bodies

This procedure involves installing a damper weight on the A/C suction line.

Remove sharp edges, clean, and paint weight assembly PN 4384991, before attaching to A/C hose. Use a good rust prohibitive black paint.

"AS" Body Vehicles

Install damper weight assembly PN 4384991, centered on A/C suction line hose as shown in Figure 3.

FIGURE 4:

"AC" & "AY" Vehicles

Install damper weight assembly PN 4384991, one inch (1") from end as shown in Figure 4.
