Air Door: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
NOTE: The evaporator case must be removed from the vehicle first. Service and Repair

Heater A/C Unit Cover:

1. Remove heater A/C unit top cover.

Blend Air Door:

2. Remove one 1/4-20 nut from bottom of the blend-air door pivot shaft and lift the blend-air door from the heater A/C unit housing.

To reinstall reverse the preceding operation.
