Engine Mount: Adjustments

The left engine mount insulator Fig. 2 is sleeved to provide lateral movement adjustment with engine weight removed or not.

1. Loosen the right engine mount vertical attaching bolt with the engine and transaxle supported with a suitable jack to relieve load on motor mounts.
2. Loosen the front engine mount bracket to front crossmember bolts.
3. Pry the engine right or left to attain proper driveshaft length.
4. Torque right engine mount insulator vertical bolts to 60 lb-ft and front engine mount bolts to 40 lb-ft.
5. Center the left engine mount insulator and recheck driveshaft length.
