Sunroof Assembly (Module) Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Remove headliner, drain hose clamps, and drain hoses.
2. Disconnect connector from relay and harness assembly.
3. Remove nuts, eight securing module to roof.
4. With the aid of help, lower module and remove through passenger door opening.

INSTALLATION
1. With the aid of a helper, bring module in through passenger door opening, and secure module to roof reinforcement.
2. Install eight nuts.
3. Connect wire to harness.
4. Install four drain tubes with clamps.
5. Run module to vent position and remove drain channel as previously described.
6. Remove wind deflector, mechanism covers, glass, and sunshade from old module.
7. Install sunshade, and replace drain channel reverse of removal.
8. Install glass, and adjust.
9. Replace mechanism covers.
10. Install wind deflector and adjust.
11. Replace interior trim.
