Front Door Handle: Service and Repair

Front Door Handle Assembly:

1. Glass in up position.
2. Remove door trim panel.
3. Peel away rear portion of watershield.
4. Remove illuminated entry wiring from outside handle (if so equipped).
5. Disconnect outside handle link and key cylinder link from latch.
6. Remove outside handle bracket (2 nuts) and remove handle from door.
7. For installation, reverse above procedure.
