16 No Start Verification Test

1. Reconnect and reassemble all previously tested components.
2. If the SMEC was replaced, transfer EMR mileage to memory from vehicle odometer as outlined previously.
3. Using diagnostic read-out tool, erase all fault messages.
4. Attempt to start engine.
5. If engine starts, repair is complete.
6. If engine does not start, return to Test 1.
