NS-13F Checking 8 Volt Supply Wire For an Open Circuit

Complete No Start Test 13, Step E, before proceeding.

1. With ignition switch in Off position, disconnect SMEC 60-way electrical connector and distributor reference pickup connector.
2. Connect an ohmmeter between terminal No. 52 of SMEC 60-way electrical connector and orange wire terminal of distributor electrical connector.
3. If ohmmeter indicates continuity, proceed to Test 13 step G.
4. If ohmmeter does not indicate continuity, check wiring from terminal No. 52 of SMEC 60-way electrical connector for an open circuit.
