NS-11D Injector 3 & 4 Control Wire For an Open Circuit

Complete No Start Test 11, Step C, before proceeding.

1. Turn ignition switch Off, then disconnect SMEC 14 and 60-way electrical connectors.
2. Connect an ohmmeter between terminal No. 32 of 60-way electrical connector and terminal No. 5 of 14-way electrical connector.
3. If ohmmeter indicates continuity, replace SMEC.
CAUTION: Before replacing the SMEC, check the Y1 terminal in cavity No. 5 of the 14-way connector to make sure it is not spread apart causing a poor connection.
4. If ohmmeter does not indicate continuity, locate and repair open in circuit between 60-way and 14-way electrical connector.
