DR-21A Checking Fuel Supply & Return System

Complete Driveability Test 20, Step B before proceeding.

This test must be performed with engine warm.

1. Install pressure gauge (Tool C-3292) to fitting on fuel rail, then connect diagnostic read-out tool to engine test connector and place system in Diagnostic Test Mode.
2. Depress and hold ATM button on read-out tool.
3. If fuel pressure is 53---57 psi., proceed to Test 22.
4. If fuel pressure is below 53 psi., record pressure and proceed to Test 21 step B.
5. If fuel pressure is above 57 psi., proceed to Test 21 step D.
