DR-18E Sensor Calibration MAP Sensor

Complete Driveability Test 18, Step D before proceeding.

This test must be performed with engine warm.

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine test connector, tee a vacuum gauge into vacuum line at MAP sensor.
2. Start engine, then place system into Engine Running Test Mode 68.
3. If vacuum displayed on read-out tool is within 1 inch of that of gauge, proceed to Test 18 step G for Turbo II models, Test 19 for Turbo I models.
4. If vacuum displayed on read-out tool is not within 1 inch of that of gauge, proceed to Test 18 step F.
