DR-10B A/C Cutout Relay Module Wire to SMEC

Complete Driveability Test 10, Step A before proceeding.

1. Turn ignition switch Off, then disconnect SMEC 60-way electrical connector and connect a voltmeter terminal No. 56 and ground.
2. Connect a jumper wire between 60-way connector terminal No. 57 and ground, then turn ignition switch to Run position.
3. If voltmeter is indicating voltage is within 1 volt of battery voltage, replace SMEC.
CAUTION: Before replacing the SMEC, check N13 terminal in cavity No. 56 of the 60-way connector to make sure it is not damaged causing a poor connection.
4. If voltmeter indicates no voltage, repair open circuit in wire to A/C cutout relay in terminal No. 56.
NOTE: This wire has a diode in it. Make sure it is not failed causing an open circuit.
