13F No 5V In Power Circuit Caused By Shorted MAP

1. Turn ignition switch Off, then disconnect MAP sensor electrical connector.

Blue Logic Module Connector:

2. Connect a voltmeter between cavity 1 of logic module blue connector and ground, then turn ignition switch to Run position.
3. If voltmeter reads 4.5 volts or more, replace MAP sensor.
4. If voltmeter indicates zero voltage, replace logic module.
NOTE: Before replacing the logic module check the wire of cavity No. 1 of the logic module blue connector for a short to ground.
