DR-9B Canister Purge/EGR Solenoid Control Wire

1. Turn ignition switch Off, then connect a voltmeter to cavity 5 of logic module blue connector and to ground.
2. Turn ignition switch to Run position.
3. If voltmeter indicates voltage is within one volt of battery voltage, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module check the terminal in cavity No. 5 of the blue connector to make sure it is not crushed causing a poor conneciton.
4. If voltmeter indicate voltage is between zero and seven volts, repair open circuit in wire to solenoid assembly in cavity 3.
