DR-5A Fault Code 22-Coolant Sensor Circuit

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine harness connector, turn ignition switch Off, then disconnect coolant sensor connector.
2. Place system in Sensor Test Mode 04. Note that display readings must be multiplied by 10.
3. If display reads 00°, proceed to Test 5 step B. DR-5B Coolant Sensor Circuit to Logic Module
4. If display reads 260°, replace logic module.
NOTE; Before replacing the logic module make sure the wire of cavity No. 23 of the logic module blue connector is not shorted to ground.
