DR-1K AIS Motor Signal at Logic Module (Turbo I)

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine harness connector, digital voltmeter set to AC voltage position and system in ATM Test Mode 03, connect voltmeter between cavities 18 and 22 of module red connector.
2. If voltmeter is pulsing between 0 and 12 volts every two seconds, locate and repair open circuit in wire of cavity 18 or 22 to automatic idle speed motor connector.
3. If voltmeter does not pulsate, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module check the terminals in cavities 18 and 22 of the logic module blue connector to make sure they are not crushed causing a poor connection.
