DR-1J AIS Motor Signal From Logic Module (Turbo I)

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine harness connector, turn engine Off, then disconnect automatic idle speed motor connector.
2. Connect a digital voltmeter between terminals of idle speed motor connector, then set voltmeter to AC voltage position.
3. Place system in ATM Test Mode 03.
4. If voltmeter is pulsing between 0 and 12 volts every two seconds, replace idle motor. Before replacing idle motor, ensure terminals of connector are making a good connection.
5. If voltmeter does not pulsate, proceed to Test 1 step K. DR-1K AIS Motor Signal at Logic Module (Turbo I)
