Turbocharger: Service and Repair

2.6L Models
1. Remove heat protector, then the oxygen sensor.
2. Remove heat protector, then the secondary air pipe.
3. On models less intercooler, remove air intake pipe, then the O-ring.
4. On models with intercooler, remove air hose and boost hose.
5. On all models, remove air intake hose, then the catalytic converter.
6. Remove gasket, then the oil pipe, nut and gasket.
7. Remove water pipe A and B, then the oil hose.
8. Remove turbocharger assembly, then the oil return pipe.
9. Remove gaskets and ring.
