DR-25C Checking For Low Fuel Pressure

1. Turn engine off and release fuel pressure, then remove pressure gauge, before fuel filter and reinstall it after the filter.
2. Start engine, then gently squeeze return line at throttle body and immediately let go, noting gauge reading.
3. If pressure increases above operating pressure, replace pressure regulator valve.
4. If fuel pressure does not increase, replace in-tank fuel pump. Prior to replacing in-tank fuel pump, check pump filter for contamination and check electrical connections for corrosion.
