DR-20B Calibration Throttle Position Sensor

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected and engine warm and not running, enter system into Sensor Test Mode 05. Display reading must be divided by ten to determine actual reading.
2. Slowly open throttle to the wide open position while observing display readings. Ensure all cables attached to throttle body are properly attached and adjusted.
3. Display should indicate .5---1.5 volt when throttle is fully closed and a minimum of 3 volts when fully open. Intermediate display readings should be un-interrupted as throttle is opened.
4. If voltage displays are as described, proceed to step C.
5. If voltage displays are not as described, replace throttle position sensor.
