DR-1I AIS Motor From Logic Module

1. Disconnect the Automatic idle speed motor.
2. Place the diagnostic readout box in ATM test mode 03, connected to the engine harness connector.
3. Connect voltmeter between terminals 2 and 3 of the idle speed motor connector, the voltmeter should be set in the AC voltage position.
4. If the voltmeter is cycling between 0 and 6 volts every two seconds, replace the automatic idle speed motor.
CAUTION: Before replacing the idle motor check terminals of the connector to make sure they are not crushed causing a poor connection.
5. If the voltmeter does not cycle, proceed to Step K.
