DR-16A Fault Code 44 Battery Temperature Sensor

1. Place ignition switch in Off position, then disconnect logic module black electrical connector.
2. Connect an ohmmeter between logic module black electrical connector terminal No. 20 and ground.
3. If ohmmeter indicates resistance, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module check the terminal in cavity No. 20 of the black connector to make sure it is not crushed causing a poor connection.
4. If ohmmeter indicates no resistance, proceed to step B.
5. If ohmmeter indicates an open circuit, proceed to step C.
