Motor Keeps Running In Switch "Off" Position

Wiper Motor Wiring Connectors:

NOTE: To gain access to wiper motor wiring terminals, remove terminal cover or suppressor as required.

Jumper Wire Connections:

1. Unplug wiring harness. Connect jumper wire between motor terminals "P2" and "L."
2. Connect a second jumper wire from terminal "P1" to battery. If motor runs to park position and stops, switch is faulty. If motor keeps running and does not park, replace motor assembly.
