REMOVAL

Removing Wiper Motor Cover:

1. Open liftgate.
2. Remove plastic wiper motor cover.

Pivot Shaft Nut (L/M, Z):

3. Remove arm assembly.
4. Remove nut, ring and seal assembly from pivot shaft.

R & R Liftgate Wiper Motor (L/M, Z):

5. Disconnect feed connector. Remove screws holding motor assembly to liftgate and remove motor.

INSTALLATION

1. Place motor in position and fasten to liftgate.
2. Connect feed wires.
3. Install plastic wiper motor cover.

Pivot Shaft Sealing Washer (L/M, Z):

4. Install sealing washer approximately half inch down on motor output shaft.

Pivot Shaft Seal Assembly (L/M, Z):

5. Install seal assembly, washer and nut on pivot shaft.
6. Tighten nut, install and adjust arm assembly.
