Completion Information
Completion Reporting and ReimbursementClaims for vehicles which have been serviced should be submitted by DIAL dealers on the DIAL System. Non DIAL dealers may use WROs. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.
If using a WRO, enter only one VIN per claim. Fill in the labor operation number and time allowance and write on the WRO "Recall # 430 -- Fuel Regulator Hose." Do not enter other service claims on the same WRO.
Use the following labor operation number and time allowance:

Parts Return
Removed regulator mounting brackets must be returned to the Warranty Material Return Center.

Vehicle Not Available
If a car is not available for this service for a known reason, let us know by filling out the pre-addressed Vehicle Disposition Form portion of the Owner Recall Notification Form or describe the reason on a postcard and mail to:
