Radio/Stereo: Service and Repair

1985---88 Aries, Caravelle, Executive, LeBaron Exc. GTS, New Yorker, Reliant, Town & Country & 600
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove left instrument bezel attaching screws, then the bezel.
3. Remove two radio and radio bezel to base panel attaching screws.
4. Pull radio through front face of base panel, then disconnect electrical connectors, antenna lead and ground strap.
5. Remove radio from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install.

Lancer & LeBaron GTS
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove cluster bezel attaching screws, then the cluster bezel.
3. Remove radio attaching screws, then pull radio away from dash panel.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors, antenna lead and ground strap.
5. Remove radio from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
