Fig. 12 ATC wiring harness and lead connectors:

1. Disconnect connector No. 7, then operate blower motor at its highest speed.
2. Remove computer control, then disconnect wire connector No.7. Turn ignition switch to run position, then using a suitable voltmeter, check voltage at terminal pin 1.
3. If voltage is greater than 5 volts, replace computer control. If voltage is less than 5 volts, proceed to step 4.
4. Locate connector No. 12 at PVM, then with connector still connected, check voltage at terminal pin 1.
5. If voltage is greater than 5 volts and color codes are correct, repair main wire harness. If voltage is less than 5 volts, replace vacuum module, then retest system.
