DR-18A Fault Code 44 Battery Temperature Circuit

1. Place ignition switch in Off position, then disconnect logic module blue electrical connector.
2. Connect an ohmmeter between terminal No. 20 of blue electrical connector and ground.
3. If ohmmeter indicates resistance, replace logic module.
CAUTION: Before replacing the logic module check the terminal in cavity No. 20 of the blue connector to make sure it is not crushed causing a poor connection.
4. If ohmmeter indicates no resistance, proceed to Test 18 step B.
5. If ohmmeter indicates an open circuit, proceed to Test 18 step C.
