DR-13A Fault Code 35 Radiator Fan Relay

1. Connect diagnostic read-out tool to engine test connector, then a voltmeter to dark blue/pink of radiator fan relay and to ground.
2. Entry system into ATM Test Mode Code 04. Voltmeter should be pulsating between 0 and 14 volts.
3. If voltmeter is not pulsating but is indicating voltage is within one volt of battery voltage, proceed to Test 13 step B.
4. If voltmeter is pulsating between between 0 and 3 volts, proceed to Test 13 step C. If voltmeter is not pulsating but is indicating voltage is zero to one volt, disconnect logic module red connector and proceed as follows:
a. If voltage is now within one volt of battery, replace logic module.
b. If voltage is not within one volt of battery, repair short to ground in dark blue/pink wire.
